There were three people I wanted to speak to:

1)a guy who said his girlfriend had had an operation in Mexico
2)Somebody who said she went to Germany to get it done for 3,500 euros
3)A plastic surgeon who said he was currently treating someone who had had botched surgery in Latin America.

Hi, I am writing a feature on plastic surgery tourism, in other words, people who have shopped around for plastic surgery and decided to go abroad for the procedure for whatever reason (price, recommendation, quicker service, better confidentiality etc). If you have, it would be great if you could contact me. If you know someone who has, could you get them to message me? It’s just a general item about this topic so I could change names, etc. Also, I’d like to hear from anyone who sets up these kinds of trips or any surgeons involved – a long shot but you don’t ask you don’t get!

I remember a website I found a few months back with "only the better sugeons" in the Boston area and with much better prices. I saw one with a price of 4,000 and only required a down payment of 2,000. Does anyone know who that may have been? Or have info on the site I mentioned? Or better still know someone who could do the surgery for around 4,000? Thanks so much!
