I have received discount chiro therapy from a college, and it seemed as though it may be an option for other services. I would just call hospitals that specialize in plastics and find out. It may not be as risky as it sounds; residents have doctors that oversee a good portion of their work before going off on their own, and if anything comes up, the doctor in charge is there.
